• Troodos Square - Popular stopping point close to the top of Mount Olympus with picnic points, shops, cafe and a hotel. 
• Caledonia Trail and Waterfall - Breathtakingly beautiful forest walking area. 
• Cedar Valley - Forest walking area with stunning scenery
• Deserted Villages - Old villages abandoned by their inhabitants and left to nature. 
• Wine Making - The lower foothills of the Troodos area is famous for it's wine and Commandaria making and many wineries offer tours and tasting. 

Distance from Protaras: Troodos Square is around 160 km from Protaras and it takes just under 2 hours to get there.
